		<description>If I could [and I WILL!!!] accomplish a fitness goal in 2013--it will be to STAY fit--but become HEALTHY. I do hope that makes sense. Yeah, I could probably lose those few pounds lurking from the holiday season of 2012; however, those tend to melt themselves away over the upcoming months each year once the holidays are over (makes me &quot;lucky?&quot;). I do work out, so I do work hard for it.

My hurdle to overcome, is learning to eat healthfully... I can count calories and stick within a certain range; limiting myself to the requisite 1400-2000 calories per day [depending on workout/ activity level]. But here lies my problem: I have suddenly found myself in some kind of a twilight zone - outerspace - innerspace [?] - twisted calorie - counting - obsessed - black - hole. LOL...

You see, my sister had gotten married about oh, three years ago. I wanted to slim down for the wedding to look fabulous in the bridesmaid dress I was destined to wear [and of course be able to eat all the yummy food!]. So I got myself into a habit of eating two protein bars and one meal a day. THAT WAS ALL. Yeah. That was also THREE YEARS AGO. I am STILL DOING THAT. 

While I am still &#039;fit&#039; as in I may visually appear that way--I definitely am not the most healthiest crayon in the box :/ My cholesterol has gone up, and I have been put on vitamins like Potassium because I am low, etc. My weight is in the healthy range, but it is on the lower end. [Hence me not minding those &#039;lurking holiday pounds&#039;].

IN SUM: In 2013 I want to RELEARN to EAT HEALTHFULLY!
